Oven preparation:

Pierce potatoes several times with a fork and place on oven rack. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40 minutes or until tender.

Tip: To shorten cooking time, microwave on high 2.5 minutes per potato and bake for 15 minutes.

Microwave oven preparation:

Pierce each potato a few times with a fork. Microwave on high for 3–3.5 minutes per potato. For best results, flip potatoes half way through cooking time.
