Potatoes have been very
misunderstood by consumers.

It is very important to store
potatoes in a proper manner until
you need to use them. Too warm
of temperature can cause
sprouting, too cold of temp-
erature can cause browning when
cooked, and exposure to light
causes greening and a bitter taste. Sealed plastic containers starve potatoes of oxygen and dry environments causes the potato
to wither. –
